How to use Buggy in One Piece TCG?
Cost 5 (Azul): high-impact card. Competitive decks run 2–4 copies to establish presence in turns 4–6.
Counter value: +1,000. This card can be discarded from hand during the opponent's turn to add its defense value to any Character or Leader being attacked.
Super Rare — high impact in the deck. Run 3–4 copies in the decks that need it as a key piece.

Can be rested to intercept attacks directed at the Leader or another Character. Blocking is optional and makes this Character the new target of the attack.
This effect activates the moment the card enters the field after paying its cost. It only activates once, upon arrival.
