How to use Hina in One Piece TCG?
Cost 3 (Azul): mid-early. Good balance between power base and effects. Usually played on turns 2–3.
Counter value: +2,000. This card can be discarded from hand during the opponent's turn to add its defense value to any Character or Leader being attacked. A +2,000 Counter is the highest in the game for Character cards — valuable in any deck.
Uncommon — easy to obtain and a frequent core piece. Run up to 4 copies when the effect is consistent.

Can be rested to intercept attacks directed at the Leader or another Character. Blocking is optional and makes this Character the new target of the attack.
