How to use Shuraiya in One Piece TCG?
Cost 3 (Rojo): mid-early. Good balance between power base and effects. Usually played on turns 2–3.
Counter value: +1,000. This card can be discarded from hand during the opponent's turn to add its defense value to any Character or Leader being attacked.
Super Rare — high impact in the deck. Run 3–4 copies in the decks that need it as a key piece.

This effect activates every time this card declares an attack. It can repeat every turn as long as the Character is active and able to attack.
